Our last few trips to the house. These are pictures from
us fixing up the place and having it repaired. There was extensive damage to the interior
and exterior walls on the second floor bedroom. We started to have it repaired, and then
our buyers decided they wanted to do the work themselves... So we agreed to it and sold the
house. We closed in March, 2005 and are expecting to buy the replacement Schmoo by the Sea
in May.
