he future in-laws have arrived! It's a
Bell family tradition to spend the Fourth of July holiday together, typically with a beach trip. We did not get a weekend at the beach, but we did make it to Wrightsville for a day trip.
The parents came in early for the holiday, Wednesday night. They're fun... Alecia's mom and I share a love of games, cards, puzzles, and other entertainments. (She agrees more with Alecia on movie choices, but it is expected from the ladies to enjoy the chick flicks more...) Her dad and I enjoy some similar TV shows and talks on technology. Chris arrived on Friday morning and we split the guys and girls up to see movies that evening while waiting on Abby (his girlfriend) to arrive that night. The guys went to see Superman Returns and the girls went to see The Devil wears Prada. I'm not sorry I missed that one! Abby arrived later on that evening and the holiday kicked in. We did a Winery tour, a Brewery tour, shopping, relaxing at the house and a lot of nothing. It was very relaxing. Not much more to add... The party ended on the 4th as everyone headed home at different times.
