I had a slight problem viewing them at first. Just download them and then open them twice. It might fix problems you are having. Playing it twice fixed the problems I had... go Microsoft.

And if all else fails... Try installing this:
MCJPG30.ZIP
1. Get it.
2. Unzip it into a temp directory.
3. Right click on the INF file and install it.
4. Hope it works.
