Alecia and I drove up to Missouri to hang with the cousins! Last year, Wes
married Kristine. This year it is Kristen's turn! We arrived in time to go to the rehearsal party
that was held in downtown Cape Girardeau. Wes's band was playing some good music and we were able to get
in for a drink. We met up with the rest of the relatives there and chatted until we were tired.
Wes and Kristine were nice enough to put us up for the duration. We were able to spend some quality time with them. We had the chance to talk for a bit and check out their pad. They've bought a house since then, but they had a pretty cozy place when we visited.

The plan was very similar to Wes's wedding:
have the ceremony in the Grabel backyard and the reception at
the nearby hall. There was a rain shower that happened just before the
ceremony started, but it blew over quickly and did not dampen the event at all.
It went very smoothly and was a very beautiful event.

The reception went well! There was lots
of good wine and food to be had. I had the chance to hang out and catch up with
several cousins as well as all the Grabels. It was good to see everyone. Alecia
and I had a great time.
