Weekend Number 2 at the new place. This is the first weekend spent by a group of us out
at Windsounds. I'm thinking a new name for the place is in order... How about "Schmoo by the Sea"?
On the list of the "Greatest Weekends to be at the Beach", this one ranks near the bottom. It was overcast and drizzly for most of the weekend with some occasional solid rains to break up the monotony. It really started to clear up as we were leaving to head home. Imagine that. The group consisted mainly of Wolfgangers (for the uneducated, click here). Alan, Buck, Bryce, Trish, Keith, Daniel, Megan and myself. A nicely balanced crowd to break in the new place. There were lots of little things to fix up, but only when there wasn't fun to be had. The hot tub was occupied many hours. We played games around the house... including a rather boring game of Sardines. Megan found a nice place to hide and only a few of us found her. The rest of the group gave up after about an hour and then the game was over after only a single round. I was waiting for Gerald to hide.. We'd have to climb the ceiling to find his hiding spot.
